Nicaragua is located north of Costa Rica sharing similar climate conditions for growing coffee. This coffee is composed of mixed Arabica beans (Caturra, Catuai, and Maragogipe) which are grown at 4,900 feet above sea level. The mix of different Arabica beans brings out a unique flavor composed of caramel, vanilla, and a hint of milk chocolate. Other tasting notes that are found in this coffee include a sweet and citrus flavor with a bright finish.
