Q. What are the shipping costs?
None! Zero! Shipping is free on all orders no matter how much you buy!

Q. What is the average shipping time for an order?
Orders ship within 3 business days and are shipped via ground. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the coffee is ready to be shipped. 

Q. Where do you ship?
A. We ship orders only within the USA at this time. 

Q. What are your shipping times?
A. We have a daily pick-up from USPS at 2 PM Central Time and a UPS pick-up (Monday through Friday) at 3 PM Central Time.

Q. What is your return policy?
Coffee - While we can't accept returned coffee as it's perishable and roasted to order, we will work with you to find the best coffee for you. And if we can't find a solution, the coffee is yours to keep and we will gladly refund 100% of your money (within 30 days of purchase) and recommend a competitor.
** If you receive your order and notice that it's damaged, you must contact us at within 24 hours for an exchange.

Q. What if the order never arrives?
A. If the item was never delivered we will verify status through the shipment tracking number. If the tracking number shows delivery we will not refund the order total or offer a replacement. For further information on this policy please review our Terms & Conditions.

Q. How long is coffee good for? Does coffee expire? How to make it stay fresh longer?
A. That depends on what type of coffee you have. All coffee should be stored long-term between 50 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit and at about 30 to 50 percent humidity. Roasted coffee grounds and beans should be kept in an airtight container. You can store unopened roasted coffee without much flavor loss for about a year or up to 2 years in the freezer. Coffee is still good past these dates if kept properly, but the flavor fades away quickly over time. Once you open roasted beans or ground coffee, you should plan to use it up within a week for the best flavor. That is why we always recommend buying in smaller amounts instead of 5- or 10-pound packages.

A. We don't send out coffee beans/samples for reviews. In case you've seen someone write or say positive things about our coffee, it's because they bought the coffee and enjoyed it and not because we bribed them.
